Anyone stayed at the Solimar, Marco Polo or Pacific??

Have booked flights for 4 nights on 16th sept. Cant decide where to stay tho. Have found some pretty cheap ones but few reviews esp on the first 2. Can anyone shed some light on what these hotels are like or suggest somewhere near to the Sunset bars ??

im in the pacific now as i type this, location for the sunset strip is about 10-15 mins walk to Cafe del Mar etc...it´s an ok place i suppose nothing impressive and very very basic

few reviews esp on the first 2

if i had to choose between those 3 i would stay at pacific because the other 2 can be a bit
noisy with all the traffic!!
