Another London shopping question... about trainers!

OK, not sure if I've mentioned this before but the missus is a fashion maven and knows all kinds of fashion-related information that I choose to spend most of my time ignoring. No, seriously, she's very good about this stuff.

Now, she's set her eyes on some trainers designed by Yoshi Yamamoto, apparently part of a joint project with adidas.

So, I ask thee, Londoners, where one might locate a pair of these fancy smansy tennis shoes?

Good thinking there.

Now, can anyone think of a place that might have these shoes and not charge insane money for them?

Loads of places do them. They're not particularly rare, though the mens ones are about 3 times the price of regular Addidas shoes, and look near enough identical.

Barbie did a thread where I mentioned a shop, I remember they did the y3 trainers. I suppose selfrridges will do them too.

They're found in a lot of clothes shops, rather than trainer shops ime

sounds like poshclubber is actually more like cheapclubber

I'm with you, Sandi... as mentioned in another thread, I've got 2 pairs - some old adidas cross-trainers and a pair of football boots

 @ not-so-poshclubber  yes, the missus has expensive taste (to wit, the collection of Jimmy Choo and Manolo Blahnik shoes) ;) don't think she'll be using the shoes for running

Apparently, I got the original question wrong. The wife says she knows they have these Yamamoto thingys at Selfridges but was wondering about other options. She said she's walked by Size? a hundred times but never gone in, so that's a good tip.

Not got a clue on trainers mate, I think I'm the only scouser who wears trainers to the gym end of.

My only trainer knowledge comes from been dragged round trainer shops with Tom  I hate them, they're so boring, just full of lots of stupid trainers that all look the same to me
