Maybe I'm way off base on this, but isn't the zarzuela the music that accompanies flamenco?

but it's also a kind of Spanish fish stew, don't know if it's available in Ibiza though :confused:
 
a zarzuela is an operetta. the fish dish is named after it because it's like an opera of tastes and flavours on your plate. you will find one in the restaurants of ibiza.
