a newbies question on villa,s

Hi Guys , my name is Justine and i am a newbie .
A group of us are going to Ibiza on the 22nd of July -1st of August from all over the globe , Japan , Uk , Australia , Singapore .
We are staying in a villa for 1 week and apartment for 3 days , the villa we are staying at is Villa San Rafael , which i actually came across from this very imformative forum.
I just wanted to ask , is it ok to have a couple more people in a villa than it states the villa sleeps and do the owners of villa,s usually check how many people there are in you group?

I think the only time the villa people would pop 'round is on clean-up days and I assume you guys won't be sitting around the house all day!
