Is that the bypass around Ibiza Town?

I drove down that several times while I was there... It was kind of depressing, actually. I hope they don't go on to build the cross-island highway.

Ooh that brings back memories... I'd just come out of Amnesia and wanted to go to the La Troya after party at Space. Taxi queue was half a mile long, some randoms were offering lifts... I said what the hell and jumped in. Ride was like something out of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas ... We got to Space, though I have this mental imprint of a road and sand... that picture... uuuuuhhhh....
