Weekend Plans

Sat - u8 football away at 9, in the morning 😒 Wallace & Grommit showing with an orchestra playing the score live. Lunch out then meet lots of mates for a 40th in relatively posh town, with Mrs and Lad so nothing wild - just showing my face. Bonfire at our local with loads of families we know. Afterwards.... 🤔

Busy day 😁

Thurs - on a table for charity event at Burnley FC. Meal, drinks, old school comedian (name dropping the TV work he warms up), Q & A with 3 well-liked players and auction 🍻

Fri - Some Polish window repairers just saved us thousands on windows we thought needed replacing 😎 lunch out over a canal marina. Kids club

Sat - kids football, family hike and pub lunch.

Sun - do we brave the Manchester Christmas markets whilst we are not hungover 🤔😁

Thurs - Liverpool, works meal with international speaker from our sector. Catch up with friend and a few drinks in the city

Fri - conference. Home for kids club

Sat - finally what the thread was created for.. U8 football 9am, Chelsea match 12:30 with young man before dropping him off at my mum's.

Mini bus gathering at my house. Head to Manchester for a beer, then Hacienda at WHP. Looking forwars to Carter, Masters at Work and Todd Terry 😊

Sun - Sunday lunch and movie day I'm guessing

Just in from pizza and Arsenal session with both my boys.

Tomorrow: take them to ju-jitsu, then they'll need to come to footy with me as my folks are too ill to have them . Only managing not playing tomorrow, as I'm only just over CoVID and I have better options to select, so they'll help me with the kit, act as ball boys etc

Sunday: kids rugby match in morning and then I accepted an invite for us all to go to the rugby at Twickenham in the afternoon. Looking forward to it, with a slight twinge of regret that I accepted before realsing it was NLD!*

*North London Derby - Arsenal vs Tottehnam for those who don't follow Enhlish footy

Ah, the NLD is at least twice a year, invites to Twickenham don’t come along as regularly as that!
