Tickets not sent to email

I bought several tickets a few hours ago and I didn't receive the confirmation email. I have already sent an email to support but have not received a response, could someone please help me? Thanks!

Maybe a stupid answer, but, did you have a look at your spams?
 
I logged in on an older purchase order number and the tickets that I bought now are listed there, even got the new purchase order number, but no links to the tickets...
