Stayed at the Mira Mola in 2002, fantastic location, not very nice accommodation. This is likely to hurt Es Vive?

the newspaper also reveals that the hotel marco polo in san antonio might be sold soon too...
btw, the street runs in the other direction so the cars should be facing that way! --->

New Venture
One of the many apartment complexes which is run by the Grupo Playa Sol has been acquired by the Irish concern, Ocean Group. The "Mira Mola" apartments in es Viver will change name and be known as "Ryan’s Ibiza Apartments" and it is anticipated that the inauguration will take place in May next year. It is intended to be a new concept in tourism which will aim to offer holidays for youngsters but who are over eighteen, at very reasonable prices and incorporate a Ryan Irish Pub next to the swimming pool, together with a chill-out area and good food at affordable prices. The three blocks on six floors are being completely renovated and consist of small one bedroom apartments for between two and four people to larger three bedded areas which will sleep a maximum of eight people. As occurs with Ryan’s Pubs in other parts of the country, there will be DJs on hand to entertain guests all day and buffet breakfast will be served until late for those who have been partying all night.
