krakk.jpg

Are you Kraak & Smaak? Yep, together with my two colleagues

Where you born?

Can't remember, have always been on the run

Do you remember the first time you were put in front of a mixer?

Yes, but that used to be the time that you made mixtapes and mixes with real cassette tapes

Which dates will you play at Clandestin?

July 19th!

Which is the most clandestine place you have played?

Russian shows always seem to have a bit of a clandestine vibe to them

The most clandestine place you have partied?

After our Space gig hopefully!

Have the police ever ripped into a club you were playing at?

Of course – they couldn't handle the fun people were having. Or would it have something to do with our name?

If we put a mixer in your cell, what music would you play?

Man of Constant Sorrow (Kraak & Smaak remix)

Tell us a quotable sin.

Immediately getting sent back to a plane to Amsterdam at a US airport because we forgot to get visa.... Oompf...

What track would you play for a prison break?

Van Halen – Jump

And for a police car chase?

KRS One – Sound of da Police (woop woop!)

Which DJ do you think should be behind bars?

Every dj that plays crappy music I I guess

What does Clandestin means for you?

The Ibiza vibe with a crunchy edge. Looking forward to it!

When you were a child and played cops and robbers, which side did you choose?

Thieves!

Clandestin has the honor of presenting this Friday August 16th, in a huge line-up, the international star named Tiga. The night will start in the Sunset Terrace with the sessions of our resident DJs, HITCH and Paul Reynolds. The dj booth in the Terrace of Space Ibiza will receive in first place Bondax and A-track, two big DJs who will warm-up the atmosphere before the arrival of Tiga. Before starting his career as a producer and DJ, Tiga was involved in the promotion of the first raves in his hometown, Montreal at the start of the '90s.He was also one of the founders of club SONA, whose fame took over the Canadian borders. The next step in his career was the creation in 1998 of his own hallmark, Turbo Recordings. Tiga has been recognized worldwide for his remixes: 'Washing Up' by Tomas Andersson, 'Comfortably Numb' by Scissor Sisters and 'Madame Hollywood' by Felix da Housecat among others, but also for his own material, like his album in 2006 'Sexor', a huge success in its moment of review and sales. Tiga has worked side by side with Zyntherius, Richard X and Jake Shears from Scissor Sisters, collaborated frequently with Mateo Murphy (with whom Tiga formed the duo TGV) and overall with Jesper Dählback, who has produced the majority of his remixes. To finish off the night you can bet on the presence of our exclusive resident DJ, Felix da Housecat, who will be sharing the booth with Tiga in order to put the final touches on a party that promises to be unforgettable. This Friday August 16th from 10pm join the most subversive and breaking party this season, join Clandestin.

[h=2]CLANDESTIN PRESENTS TOTALLY ENORMOUS EXTINCT DINOSAURS[/h]
clan_coll.jpg

This Friday August 23rd Clandestin has prepared for you a subversive night an evening of struggle for quality music. Space Ibiza doors open at 10pm for all lovers of good music. The evening will begin at the Sunset Terrace with our residents DJs HITCH and Paul Reynolds, two real professionals on the mixer, who will delight the most demanding clubbers. Opening the musical programming of the Terrace will be one of most exciting young talents in the electronic universe, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs (TEED). Orlando Higginbottom, professionally known as Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs (TEED), recently signed with Polydor. His first album, Trouble was released on June 11, 2012 and includes five singles among them like "Household Goods" and "You Need Me On My Own". TEED has also remixed the likes of Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and Professor Green. In March 2013, TEED was named one of the 30 must-see artists at SXSW Fuse TV. Then we can enjoy the session of A-Trak, this Canadian began to step on the gas at fifteen, when he won his first DMC World DJ Championship and since then has not stopped working and enlarging his reputation. He was an honorary member of the prestigious, now defunct DJ group Invisible Skratch Piklz. In 2004 Kanye West recruited him as his personal DJ for tours, and worked closely with him since, including performances with the American rapper at the Grammys and several MTV Video Music Awards. In 2010 came a worldwide smash "Barbra Streisand" by Duck Sauce, a group formed by him and DJ Armand Van Helden. To close this night of musical quality, again we have to our exclusive resident DJ, no other than Chicago's legend Felix Da Housecat. Felix perfectly represents the spirit of this party, his strangely compact rhythms merge with the ambiance of the dancefloor and far from causing a feeling of rejection that can hypnotize even the purist clubber. Born to be Clandestin, Felix is a guarantee of fun without pretentions. Remember, if you like music, if you want to be a just another sheep in the flock, Clandestin is your party and your club is Space Ibiza. This Friday, August 23rd from 10pm.

CLANDESTIN ,DIFFERENT MUSIC FOR DIFFERENT PEOPLE

In one week Clandestin returns to Space Ibiza with a daring and a bit unconventional music proposal. This Friday September 13th from 10pm the most subversive party of the white island invites you to join its movement.
At 10pm the music will start at the Sunset Terrace , our host will be HITCH, one of those DJs that elevate the musical quality of Ibiza , just doing what a DJ is supposed to do, make good music. Away from the paraphernalia and fashion fireworks , HITCH gets to the point, his music does not seek shortcuts. Paul Reynolds will close the Sunset, experienced and multifaceted , Paul is a true expert in keeping you bouncing on the dance floor .

On the Terrace of Space Ibiza we will have sessions by Eagles & Butterflies, Krystal Klear, Erol Alkan and Felix Da Housecat.

Eagles & Butterflies will open the Terrace of Space Ibiza , and it looks like he is going to be one of the stars of the underground circuit this year. Backed by names like John Digweed , Felix Da Housecat , Hernan Cattaneo , Heidi , Jozif , Tale Of Us , his music is beginning to be the talk of the electronic music lovers.

Born and raised in Dublin , Krystal Klear ( aka Dec Lemmon ) has been making music his whole life. First inspired by the hardcore punk and metal , then by the boogie , funk and hip hop. The alias Krystal Klear was born in 2008. Two years later, he already recorded one program mix for Mary Ann Hobbes , was a resident of Hoya Club in Manchester and had toured the USA . The Irishman had become a man to be reckoned with. Not bad for a project with 5 Eps few behind ( on labels like All City , Eglo , Madtech ... ) .

Erol Alkan, the resident from the popular Trash Club of London has been uncovered as one of the best DJs that can be seen today in a booth . Image, attitude and devastating energy endorse his sets, in which rock , electro , house , techno and disco music become one.

Felix Da Housecat will close the night as usual with his powerful and subversive sound. Our exclusive resident DJ will present a set with the rhythms of his hometown, Chicago, processed with the Ibiza spirit.

A blast of a line-up for those who like to find new artists in the structure of electronic music . This Friday September 13th get ready for Clandestin , the most authentic party of Space Ibiza.
