Some help from Spotlight please... :)

I've tried twice to book the Benirras boat excursion and when i click either "yes" or "no" to accept and or not accept the exchange rate on Step 3 the page refreshes then says "if you're not directed to the page within 10 secs click here"... It directs me after about 3 secs but it only goes back to the first page of the booking again?!!??! I've also tried quickly clicking the "click here if not directed within 10 secs" button but it doesn't help... It still just reverts back to Step 1 again...

Any help??

I've just tried booking but apparently every space has been booked by some bloke called ric?

hi ric, not sure about that, i'll ask tech team to check it out. it sounds like there is a problem with you card authentication (the verified by visa bit). have you bought club tickets from us before - this uses the same card authentication process?
