October Festival Ibiza 2014 is the new meeting point to say goodbye to the summer season in ibiza ... Sant Antoni goes available for everyone with its greatest hits, concentrating in 4 days endless leisure and gourmet offers. Music of the 60 's, 70's and 80's inspires the festival; concerts-tribute of known bands, reunions with big artists like Boy George who is head of the poster, local artists filling sant antoni with their music and where the younger ones also have their space.
A Festival joined to the sea, earth in line with people, Sant Antoni dresses the streets regaining flower power philosophy; markets, crafts, urban art, sport, thematized scenography... and a great culinary offer for the festival: the village’s restaurants will delight us with tipical ibiza’s dishes... and to top it all off, the famous Sant Antoni's "pintxo"

All #OctoberFestivalIbiza festival-goers will have the opportunity to participate in our OFI Sunset & Run, an urban 5km fun run organized especially for the event. All ages are welcome and the race will combine a fun obstacle course with runners welcome to wear fancy dress in a hippie theme. This event will be run as a show of solidarity and in aid of the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) with trophies for the top male & female finishers, the best individual & team fancy dress plus a special gift for all participants. The simple aim of the Sunset & Run is to participate and have fun doing sport.

"..The City of San Antonio Abad reported cancellation action that Boy George had to offer on Thursday October 9 under the October First Festival Ibiza. The cancellation is due to "personal reasons of the artist", as explained by the Consistory in a statement.
Representatives from Boy George will report the cancellation of the show through social networks at 19 pm today.
The City of Sant Antoni said the session with dj Thursday at 18.30 on stage 'sunset' Café Mambo is also maintained with the performance of another artist to be announced in the coming hours..
