Mark & Sarah leave We Love...

“We are staying on the island and opening a guest house in the old town of Ibiza just outside of the city walls in an area called Sa Penya. This is an area that not too many tourists will have ever visited or even knew existed, the old fishing village of Ibiza more commonly known as the Gypsy Quarter. It's where we live now and an area we fell in love with a long, long time ago. It really is the last "real" part of Ibiza left relatively undeveloped and we would like to play a part in opening this area up a little with careful development that is respectful of the area and it's inhabitants.”

Nice people.

Don't know what it means for WLS. Who wants to be Moyes to their Ferguson?

Its not the end no. More passing the baton to the next generation. We Love... will continue. Feel guilty for not having been so much the past few years. Like many people Cadenza @ Pacha and then Solomun @ Pacha, Viva Warriors etc became something different to do on a Sunday. Even back in 2009 We Love... was the only game in town on a Sunday...

We Love... in my view are in the same position as Cocoon to a certain extent. They were the only game in town for years. Sunday was We Love and Monday was Cocoon. They paved the way for all those other parties and DJs to go off and create nights that ultimately competed with them (no matter how much they say they are all friends). At the end of the day if you are only in Ibiza for a week and want only one full building six room Space experience, you have a choice of We Love... Cox and ENTER.

Our musical director of 15 years Mark Broadbent won DJ Mag's Outstanding Contribution award last night. Congratulations Mark!
