it's not, actually... the ceiling used to be white with some clouds, etc but for some reason someone painted it all in black (apart from the sculptures that remain white). when i was there two weeks ago i was surprised to see rests of orange painting (?!) in some of the beautiful sculptures... that's what happens when you rent the venue to so many different promoters along the years, some don't even care!good to see that summum´s interior is still intact
