Ibiza bars- non dance.

A bit of a background, a prelude of sorts:

While I love dance music and techno mainly, there is something different about seeing a live band.
Now , I am not a complete metal rock and roll head. I do like indie bands mainly from the USA.


Aside from the abovementioned personal statement, my question arises:

Are there any bars that have like music , either Spaniard live indie acts or just rock and roll music that you can see and enjoy in the island???


And please don't mention ibiza rocks bar or cafe. Something like velvet underground, horseshoe tavern, something like that. Something welcoming and open and yet diverse in its music policy but yet focusing on rock, blues , jazz ...string instruments and percussion. Live.

for a great nights fun good rock n roll,and a bit of dancing on the beach try the PINT POT on the San Antonio Bay.
Thursday nights are rock n roll night, we went in July best live band i have heard for free anywhere.
the music played include the Beatles Chuck Berry Emerson Lake and Palmer , Bryan Adams Neil Young and they finished with Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd.
a super night , full drum kit lead guitar rhythm guitar and bass player.
they set up at 9pm and play to 12.
drinks are well priced in the pint pot so indulge enjoy and ....Keep on Rockin in the Free World.

we went to see lost mountain orchestra last week on the beach between san eulalia and escinar, very good,

really like the pint pot, and you dont need to sell a kidney to drink by the beach
