Hiring car with HIPERCAR ... So Bad ????

Hi guys,

I used Hispacar to book a car for my end of July holiday in Ibiza and they confirm me the renting with HIPERCAR !!

I tell you, after reading all thread about car , I'm little worried with what I'm gonna face ...

Really Anyone hadn't good experience with this company ??

if i hear the name hipercar ...
... i want to kill, kill, kill ...

ps:
if you get your (hiper)car, then the cars are ok (f.e. new vws etc
with good aircon and soundsystem, free upgrade) ... but to get one
can spoil/ruin some hours ...

one of the biggest hipercar-problems is that you can´t do the paperwork while waiting for your luggage ...

... last year 7 people + 2 rentcars:

hipercarpeople/waitingwaitingwaiting ... about 100 people trying to enter a 20-people-bus/3 hours standing in line in the heat outside the hipercarbuilding to do paperwork ... idiots can´t find reservation ...get car after 4 hours

"other"people/leaving the airport with all paperwork done + carkey in the hand ...


...don´t wait at a socalled "waitingpoint",
because in 10.000 years noone will pick you up there

...don´t take the bus/shuttle, its only a 3min-walk

After all I have read I cancelled my reservation with HIPERCAR !!

I cannot risk my few days of holiday !!

I asked to hispacar customer service to redirect me to another renting company and they gave me a new reservation with Betacar at a grat price and picking up location right outside my club resort !!

I was truly amazed by the service that hispacar custumer service reserved me !!

So I suggest everybody to go at to deal for a car hire !!

SEEE YOUU IN IBIZAAAAAAAAA
