Cool Beach/bar/hotel advice please

Looking to escape to Ibiza for a few days - beautiful beach with laid back beach bar vibe and hotel not too far away - into mellow old school boho vibe rather than young club crowd. Recommendations gracefully received.

obviously lots of hotels around Santa Eulalia / Niu Blau too.
