more upgrade going on @ ibiza ?!

because he has wife now and 2 little daughters a friend has to do "family-style"-holidays these days.
so he stayed @ Calimera Delfin Playa in june.
liked it and wanted to book again for 2014 some days ago.
got email some days ago that this is not possible
because the club was sold to Lindner Hotels+Resorts.
Lindner doesn´t confirm anything yet ....
 
I don't know a lot of details but It's almost 100 % certain, there will be a major renovation of the complex, 4- 5 star luxury chalets.. No all inclusive anymore..
The project is also linked to the possible development of land just past bar stop to become a 18 hole golf course....the renovations will take 18 months ...so no delfin in 2014
