Will a few non-chain restaurants still be open? Any names greatly appreciated.

Which bars will be open apart from Casanova.

yes various good restaurants will still be open.

a lot of the places on the harbour road will be open (I think villa mercedes, certainly rita's, then also es nautic etc).

then in the centre es ventall, es rebost de can prats.

I must try these two..

Es ventall is exceptional. We visited twice last week and the food was superb. In fact it was one of the highlights of our holiday.
