I've always been a massive FP fan so was going to be a winner for me! Essential mix from him this weekend too which should be tasty.

He's got quite a back story - originally a astro physicist i think! I came across him nerding on the old gilles peterson forum years back and then he put out tunes like vacuum boogie which became classics. Kudos to him for doing his own thing when crowds are begging him to play obvious.

It wasn't what I was expecting (I didn't do any research on the tracklist prior). Took 2/3 listens to really get into it if I'm honest.

Not my usual bag, but interesting nonetheless. It'll remain on my phone, if only to other a respite alternate to the usual.
