please god, give me patience... and october come soon!

If people like that are there just to sell their junk then it defeats the whole idea of being there to enjoy Es Vedra!!

Depressing... :(

Went to Es Vedra on Tuesday on the glass bottom boat and saw Madonna on her yacht! The captain of our boat sailed up to the side of the rock and turned off the engine and allowed everyone to reach out and touch the rock. It was incredible. The captain backed away slowly and we circled around Es Vedra and just as we started to leave we saw 'Madonna' on her luxury yacht followed by a VIP security boat with her body guards. She was sunbathing on the forward deck with some other guys. There was another woman on the deck. It might have been her daughter? We all waved at them but only one guy waved back. They sailed right beside us parallel to our boat. It was a stunning scene. Sadly the security boat moved in between us and forced us to keep our distance. I took a picture as we left.

Goodbye Es Vedra and Madonna.

:D

I wish I got the camera out sooner. Here is the boat with her bodyguards. Basically telling us to back off. And don't mess with the guy wearing a Woody Woodpecker T-shirt!

Es Vedra looks huge from up close!!!! Can't wait to get that close in 2 weeks!! :D

It is 'enormous' close up. Especially when our boat came so close, people got to touch it. We could see other boats doing the same thing dotted all around the island. There is a strange feeling when you look up at Es Vedra, it feels like it is looking back at you. Like a living being.

The water close up is a gorgeous blue. Es Vedra is certainly a unique and special place to see.

Do we need a car/moped to get here? Or can we get a taxi to drop us off?

and if yes then how far and which way is the walk back to an area where we will get a taxi?

you can get a taxi to drop you off there (or at least close by), but to get picked up again, you then best walk down into cala d'hort and call a taxi to pick you up there at the restaurant (el carmen).

Just get a taxi to and from Es Boldado restaurant... You'll get amazing food and a great view of Es Vedra!! :)
