Bought some tickets from here

Amnesia - Cream VIP
But I have had my bank card stolen!
On the tickets I think it says I need to show the bank card I bought me ticket with, but obviously now I don't have it!!
What do I do now as don't want up have wasted my money on the tickets and can not get in!!!
Advise please!!!
